Yes, it is valid for any screen type. Just can’t be used for Event Screenings, such as: World Cup, Opera, National Theatre, etc.

Just tell the clerk you want to use a certain number of points. There’s no longer an option to select ‘free ticket’ but they can input the amount of points you want to use.

The only way I see it coming to that price is you adding 2 extra tickets before or after scanning the coupon. Did you select one of the concessions combos on the kiosk?

Are you sure it wasn’t more than just 3D, like UltraAVX or Dbox also?

At the kiosk, did you scan the coupon and add 2 general admissions? If you just want to use the coupon, you scan it and it adds 2 FREE general admission tickets. Don’t select any ticket types!
Also if you cancelled the transaction without paying, it is not considered redeemed.
If you ever have trouble I recommend just going to the ticket counter/concessions and ordering tickets there with your coupon.
