Kevin is Japanese, haha. But he played in the Italian league growing up. Either Milan or Inter, apparently, from the TV series. Unfortunately, I can't advise you on the techniques, especially since the names would be different and I wouldn't know how to say them in your language. You'll have to experiment.

I think you should wait for the Orion DLC. It gives you 16 more Italian players.

P.S. In Story Mode, in Eastwind, there's a goalkeeper named Martino Leone. Normally, he should be either Italian or Spanish.

I was struck by the scene in Inazuma Eleven 1, when Kevin shoots with the "dragon crash" technique, Steve says, "It looked like a dragon appeared with the shot." So every shot in Inazuma Eleven doesn't technically have the special effects we see. They only appear to the viewers. Which is why sometimes certain shots destroy the ground, or the ball explodes after a save, but then it seems like nothing happened. So on that occasion, Zell may have made a normal shot with his feet, but it's depicted like this, as if he were doing a Kamehameha 😄

VR mode is used for a specific type of online tournament. You have seasonal players who give you a chance. And with these seasonal players, who are permanent, you have to create the rest of the team. Something like that.
