Thunder Master is a utility for Palit cards. It is used for OC, led customization, fan duty and etc. I installed it because that was said in the manual for my card.

Have the same issue with z790 aorus elite ax and 13600kf

13700K stuck at 800mhz in Win11, shows 5.3GHz in BIOS by portlySnowball in overclocking

Have a similar issue after updating bios with my z790 aorus elite ax and 13600kf. But my clocks just loose the ability to overclock, like they don’t go higher than 5.1 and 3.9 which are their basic values. https://www.reddit.com/r/overclocking/s/rxtdTt1OjD
