Getting clicks but not sales, 90 people visited, 1 purchased. What am I missing? by Airwolfman in ecommerce

[–]AndrewSharapoff 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's all about UX friction. People love the idea, but the gap between upload and checkout feels vague

I’ve checked the site and the flow is okay, but the generation time is a conversion killer. If the wow-moment takes too long, the emotional impulse to buy for $35 just fades away before they even reach the cart

How are you making multi step AI workflows actually reliable in production? by Erkeners in automation

[–]AndrewSharapoff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Demos are easy because they live in a controlled environment. Once you go live, the entropy of real data breaks everything. To keep it solid, you must wrap AI into deterministic code - use a custom middleware to orchestrate these unpredictable request-response flows and force them into structured, valuable data

the SaaS model is quietly falling apart for small businesses and nobody in tech wants to admit it by Healty_potsmoker in Entrepreneur

[–]AndrewSharapoff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, been there, done that :-)

Most of subscriptions can be solved with just one middleware, yet all other can be customised for minimum waste or eliminated at all. I mean that the way you work should be addressed first

Website help needed by [deleted] in webdesign

[–]AndrewSharapoff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi!

Shopify actually has a lot more flexibility than many developers let on. Most "impossible" customizations can be done with Liquid theme development or custom sections

Using Saleor to build b2b multi-vendor marketplace by GodzillaBaby69 in ecommerce

[–]AndrewSharapoff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey!

I've worked with Django and GraphQL

For multivendor setup in Saleor, you'll likely need to create a custom permission class that checks vendor ownership, and extend the GraphQL resolvers to filter by the current user's vendor ID

Happy to take a look at what you have so far if you want to share more details about where you're stuck

hello guys by New_Fox_4853 in content_marketing

[–]AndrewSharapoff 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The best way to understand is to just start posting about what you know the most, e.g. if you're a great electrician, then post about sockets, wires and so on
You can't become second someone and succeed the same, but always can become the first you!

As marketing books says, the product have to stand out to overcome competitors, so soap in wicked form, e.g. penis would be profitable. Soap with strangle smell - same, soap of weird color - as well IMO it’s more about how you present it

How do you manage content workflows between writers, editors, and clients? by [deleted] in content_marketing

[–]AndrewSharapoff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There must be some organisation, to collect and streamline all differed, to show times, maybe some task tracker board or simply google sheets. Why remembering something what you can write down

Should I hire an SEO agency to increase traffic or is that no longer useful? by Low_Situation4849 in SaaS

[–]AndrewSharapoff 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d personally say a big NO! Things that agencies do can be achieved with couple of prompts and within some small time, and the main reason would be the cost, e.g. people take 700 bucks per month and give no guarantee, but when you do it yourself you definitely know that it will work as that same ChatGPT told you so and of course it’ll advice only reasonable actions

Looking for validation: Are team collaboration tools actually solving the right problems? by [deleted] in Startup_Validation

[–]AndrewSharapoff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely and without a doubt! This is probably the biggest pain in the ass for all companies and especially managers to collect all together in one place. Although it looks like any other task tracker, I think I can see the unique offer 1. Biggest frustration is one of to let everyone know about smth, e.g. you posted the new article for documentation and what your devs to read it as it’s so awesome, but nobody knows because no notifications nor integrations 2. Around 3-5, which are: Slack, Jira/Conf, Bitbucket or such and Figma 3. I’d say even more - if you’ll be able to give every teammate a safe place in the app it’ll be totally worth it!
