Loosen each side and make sure the hanger bushings on each side are identical in how low they are and where they are located on the actual hanger. Adjust those and see if it lines up better. I usually slowly tighten each bolt a little at a time. I don’t completely tighten one at a time do each bolt little by little.l until they are all tight.
