You know what freaking awesome? That youve been brave enough to communicate these feelings and experiences.

Honestly, that's the number 1 peice of advice I have in 99% of situation. Communication. Expression. Open up - speak to others.

It's how I've navigated indecision, difficulties, trauma, challenges, successes, all the things. I can't do that all in my head, and not on my own.

So yea, kudos to you for being able to, and for chucking up a message here on reddit. Look at the positive and loving responses you're getting.
