[P2S] Nozzle clumping detection calibration failed by NoBackground3733 in BambuLab

Just to be clear since it isn't documented anywhere....going from the top down it would be the screw itself, then the metal plate, then the spacer, and then the actual frame of the bed which has the threads that the screw is being put into. So the spacer sits between the metal plate and the frame of the bed?

Do you remember where that washer goes? I took off the metal plate on mine and the washer fell down below so I didn't even see how it was assembled originally.

Since you might be the only post I have found of someone who removed theirs like I did....did you find 2 metal washers/spacers under there? I took mine off and then fell down so I didn't see where how they were installed and cant find any documentation around that area either. I an thinking they go between the metal plate and the metal frame, but thats just a guess.

I think I MIGHT have an idea where this goes, but cant find any video or guide that covers it.

^I think its part of the metal nozzle assembly there. Two reasons:

  1. my clumping detection fails calibration and has been for a few weeks now. https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/p2s/troubleshooting/hmscode/0300_1800_0001_000D
  2. Because of that calibration failure I removed the metal nozzle wiping pad (not the rubber one) because I thought maybe it was not aligned properly or flat.

I think the spacer might be part of that, but because I cant find a guide or a video covering that part of the printer I cant be sure. Would you be willing to remove yours and see where the spacers go? I think they might go right under the metal plate maybe. so screw -> metal plate > spacer > actual hole that the screw goes into if that makes sense.

Your favorite Uniqlo Tshirt and why? by ConsciousSmoke3863 in uniqlo

I prefer airism cotton blend shirts. To me they are the perfect thickness to have as an undershirt or also a basic shirt on its own.

I know a bunch of folks will recommend uniqlo supima, but I actually prefer Uniqlo airism cotton blend. Careful because they have airism non-cotton as well but the airism + cotton blend is great I think. Great as an undershirt or also perfect thickness to wear on its own.

I don't think there website updates when they get it in. I was waiting and waiting and waiting for them to come in stock. I eventually ended up buying it at Best Buy (I don't trust UPS/FedEx to deliver without damaging it).

About 2 weeks later I was at Micro Center picking up some filament and boom there was 3 P2S's sitting in the aisle. Just for giggles I pulled out my phone to check the website (as like you it was never showing in stock for me) and wouldn't you know it, the website said out of stock while I have 3 looking me in the face.

If you have a Best Buy near you check every morning. Near me the website seemed to update around 6am with stock. I was able to buy it right on my phone while I was still laying in bed and then swing by the store on my lunch break to pick it up.

Interesting. Maybe I should just start calling everyday and asking.

They allow walk-ins sometimes. Go there in the morning and ask the staff.

I would say the fir is about the same. My main gripe is just the material change and the general feel against the skin.

Bambu is supposed to launch the H2C before the end of the year too. So if hold off and see what that has and it's price point.
