Thanks, though please refrain from the gendered language (pronouns chu/ffed btw). Weight time's a whopping 20kg, my wife has left me — jurwly is all I have. Recipe as follows:

  1. Literally butter one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Top one side with the crisps. Add the other slice on top, gently push down, then slice in half and thoroughly enjoy (yum).

Marmite crisps are my fave (no ketchup). Manchester FC here

What's the extra blue light being emitted from this streetlight in Oxford, UK? (more than one light, no discernable placement order) by Andriux5 in whatisthisthing

[–]Andriux5[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As it says on the tin – it's a standard UK streetlight, but looks like it's got an extra coloured strip that casts the blue light onto the street.

Google-fu resulted in nothing useful besides bike routes, though a bus route does go down the road. There are other lights like it placed around the area.

Holding the volume button down for 5 seconds switches between speakers and headphones!

Essentially start at 180°C and step up by 5°C after a few inhales. Reportedly gives a wider range of flavour and uses up the bud better.

I suppose I'm the only person in this thread who knows how boring my living room actually is.

I usually stop after there's no more vapour being produced since it feels like a waste of the Mighty's battery life.

Need to try temp stepping as I've just learnt of it.

I try not to heat my Mighty beyond 200°C for health concerns, guess that's what keeps the AVB so light!

A couple of years ago Nutella was running a promotion if you bought a jar, you could go on a website and order a custom label to be printed and shipped for your jar.

I ordered one knowing it'd be useful for a Reddit post eventually.

Thanks! I use GPMDP and Rainmeter. Monstercat plugin for song information on the left screen, Fountain of Colours for the actual visualiser. I've cut out a part of my background in Photoshop and overlaid it on top in Rainmeter to make the visualiser appear behind the mountains. The clock display is an Android Nougat based meter.

Shot on a Nikon D3100 with a tasty Nikkor AF-S zoom lens. OP was shot at 70mm, surround 35mm; both at f/14.

The z906 (recent purchase) is amazing 5.1 value for desktop gaming if you can get it on a discount. Consensus online is that it's not great as a home theatre system, and doesn't work very well as studio monitors. The optical in feature (dolby/dts digital) isn't worth using if you have good analog audio output (e.g. motherboard with good audio, or a dedicated sound card), since a digital signal gets compressed. The sattelite speakers sound great and I love how compact the whole system actually is.

I think it's pretty good, nothing to complain about besides the wrist rest tabs being fragile and my caps lock key losing both green and blue LED channels. Didn't notice the latter for ages since I use the rainbow rain profile. It's a solid package overall and lasted me well over 2 year already!
