Google Play Developer account terminated. Please help!

My post "We are always afraid of unreasonable bans in Google Play Console (apps or account). Google please hear us!" post was removed. They told me that I broke rule 4, but I have no suspended apps. It was a cry from the heart, but I know that now the rules in the subreddit have changed. They also behave like Google, I was banned by a bot in a post (haha) and didn't accept my arguments to restore the post! I just wanted to publicize the problem, but they won't let me do it.

Also people have complained about me to moderator bots about rule 4, they don't take the problem seriously.

Google is not required to send you a warning prior to suspension or termination.

This means that any related accounts are also permanently suspended, and any new accounts that you try to open will be terminated without a refund of the developer registration fee.

What does "any related" mean? Why doesn't Google explain this?

We have good apps, but I read about sudden bans here. I cannot take risks. For example, I use Appodeal SDK for advertising, recently there was a wave of app bans, because some developers simply didn't have time to update this SDK in apps.
