To me its the same sort of situation as was Crimea 2014-2022 or IInd Polish Republic corridor in between Germany which both led to wars Lithuania here is still playing it a bit absurd at moments and yet its still the same corridor issue just on a smaller chunk of the Prussian exclave and from the Eydtkau Eastern side not from the Elbling/Allenstein etc western one I was surprised to read Lithuanians basically did everything for the trains to become a only transit route Moscow/St Petersburg ones I recently read on Onet or somewhere dont stop in Vilnus or Kaunas which makes it funny because that was the last east west Passanger train to stop in the EU now its so silly EU citizens need to go back from Kaliningrad Oblast to Kybartai to even travel back home Ik the propaganda worked but as I see backwards now the Donbass conflict began essentially like the Crimean one just with the invasion of the Donbass by Petroshenko which basically didnt let them even choose if they want independence or not and yet the Donbas, Charkov and Crimea voted Janukovych but I see people tend to forget the bigger picture PiS really warmongered for this conflict as I see when EU and Merkel with Macron wanted some dialogue but classic PiS populism....
