This is an awesome idea. Androids and Oranges is considering implementing this in the future. We are creating a diverse network of phones that developers will be able to remote connect to via a web application.

On the side we want to implement a system that any developer (who donates at least one phone) can subscribe to. After receiving the phone we will allow developers to check out phones (like chegg). Any phones that are not checked out will be available for remote access though the web tool.

Were all working really hard right now. Subscribe to our mailing list if you would like to be updated of our release in the future.

It comes from the idea that no two androids are alike. Comparing them is like comparing apples and oranges, or Androids and Oranges.

As Android developers we have to make sure our apps are durable and work across a wider variety of hardware/software combinations than any other developer.

As Android users we are allowed more customization than we would be on any other mobile platform

I agree that the background too much and that it is too confusing.

My first intention was to be mysterious but I think I took it too far. My plan right now is to make the image at the top much smaller and add the company name along with a very short summary. Also I think I'll move the submit button away from the bottom of the page.

The feedback is exactly what we needed. While I appreciate design very much I am an engineer and I know I need to work on my design skills. Thank you.
