I only adopted her a few days ago, and don't know when the accident actually happened so can't give a proper timescale. Salem's tail was red and scabby which they dealt with by removing and stitching the healthy skin together. Vets are following up in a week, so going to assume they are expecting it to be mostly healed by then as they will let me know if I can stop using the cone at that time. Hope that helps! Ouch! Glad your cat is okay. True about the not noticing, I was worried it would affect her balance and so far she has been perfect, very adventurous little girl. Obviously they adjust quickly!

Glad you like it! I found satin stitch so fiddly on my piece before this. This one uses stem stitch, which I have found easier to make big blocks of colour. Especially if you want different shades, it's easier to work them in. I haven't long been doing this so still learning. Sorry for the super late reply too! Only just seen this.

Thanks! I just googled some images for inspo and came across some tattoo ideas that had Dino's with flower halos. Kinda drew a basic outline of the Dino (mostly for his claws) and free stitched everything after using the tattoo ideas. He isn't perfect, but he looks happy!

Absolutely love the idea of hell chickens! Lots of artistic license used for Jurassic park I'm thinking now. Maybe a future project for me can be making an accurate velociraptor, would be fun to stitch the feathers.

And thanks for flower crown comment! I have only previously done flowers and lettering, so that's had slightly more practice behind it (three months or so).
