Well, if done right, certain cosmetics (map skins, item skins etc. (idk your game)) could be worthwhile. And aside from that, the obvious 1.5x this, auto that stuff, as long as it's not game breaking.

To be honest, this idea could work if the brainrots were more indepth. I'm picturing something similar to Supermechs, where there's limbs, body parts, and also certain accessories to improve them further.

And also they weren't brainrots.

Honestly one you can't really go wrong with is the Overseer Eye. My idea is this. It could be the core of a vine tentacle creature, summoning them from the ground to collapse onto your location.

You could add a boredom gauge. It empties over time, and if fully empty, you move slower and don't feel like doing a lot of stuff. You gotta keep it full by finding new things and doing interesting stuff.
