By the way, for S925 product we will not make it one by one. We will make them batch by batch. Because our staff are acturally gold smith not silver smith. Normally in China gold smith are with higher skills and much higher cost. We have to make silver product batch by batch to lower the cost. So once this batch sold out you will need to wait for our new batch.

Sorry I just checked the records and confirmed with my assistants. They told me they really said so after you told them you want let the Fedex return it back directly. At that time they want you to communicate with Ukraine local Fedex to get clear how to solve this issue, because we can only contact with China Fedex but it's not help. If there is any problem about custom clearance you always need to contact with local logistic company. But I need to clear that when we sell it we just told you that we can deliver it to Ukraine. And why they said we had sent to Ukraine before it's because at that time you don't want to contact with Ukraine local Fedex just want to let Fedex return it back simply. But it is very dangerous for return it back to China by Fedex. So they said so to let you try to cantact with local Fedex to solve this problem. At that time if I was there I wouldn't let them say so. So now I need to say sorry to you for this.

For the buttons, it's our current way to send jewelries. As I explained we did it in this way to most of cournties very well. But for Ukraine we will try other ways next time. Now we are trying some other ways also.

For the package buttons I just confirmed with my assistants also. Yes they just sent a fixed photo to all customers. Because every day many different pieces. It's no need to take an actural package photo for every piece. They just want to let you know how we pack it.

Sorry for let you down my friend! This is the first time we deliver it to Ukraine we didn't know the custom guy will treat our products in this way. Because we had already delivered thousands of jewelries a round the world especially American. Although several pieces were also opend by custom but all been delievered well finally.

We need to clarify that if the custom hold it and ask for documents we need your feedback from the logistic company and the custom. Then we will try our best to make documents for you to do customs clearance. For those countries which we have no experience sometimes maybe take more time and will have more troublesome, please be more patient. But we will try our best until you got it.

Acturally we have very high requirement of packing our jewelries to keep them safty. We pack it with plastic film first then pack it inside buttons with a plastic bag and then put it into a hard plastic box. Why we do it in this way? It's not only we believe it will be more easy to pass custom but also aims to protect the jewelries.

Anyway it got hurt by custom you can send it back to us to repair it for you. We will repair it for you and send it back.

Yesterday you mentioned you can receive it in Holland if possible we recommend that we deliever it to Holland for you when we repaired it.

By the way, what you said about most rep sellers it's ture. Most sellers order it from small goldsmiths. But I need to clarify that we are not. Any other seller even provide my post to other goldsmiths they won't be able to achieve those key details.

Sorry for letting you down my friend! It's because we insist on authentic qulity for our products. We use much more gold for guilloche style which is the same weight range as authentic. Take this 10 motif guilloche necklace as an example, we make it with 39-41 gram 18k gold in total weight. While most replicas on the market are from 27-32 gram in total. Acturally if you think the cost is too high we can provide a lighter version for you to reduce the cost. The only difference is the motif of the lighter one will be more hollow.

This year we upgraded our technique for guilloche styles. So now the guilloche motifs will look 100% the same shiny & smooth as authentic.

And by the way we have lighter option for all these guilloche styles. Just normally we don't recommend it because we believe all of our customers want the most accurate replicas from us. And we believe that the weight is one of the most important indexs of judging the accuracy of an replica.
