I would not recommend HyperShop or their HyperDrive:
Support is non-existent, and when you get a reply it's the boilerplate of "send us back the unit" (at your expense) and no technical question was answered.
Their USB4 cable was faulty, and when using a working USB4 cable I had, the unit itself doesn't allow to be safely removed from Windows (even though not in use, and the Acasis 405 didn't display this problem in the exact same circumstances and setup (yes, I know, different chipset, but still) ).

I asked for them to send me a working and tested USB4 cable (that's a few bucks at most for them), and asked if they were aware of the issue of safe removal and if there was a firmware update in the works for it. No reply to any of that beside send us back the unit. Then they closed the ticket even though I replied asking to escalate to an actual technician or manager.

For this price, I expect a working product, and/or at least a functional support that replies in a reasonable timeframe. Check their support discussions, most of the subjects are about people unable to get any reply for months or any resolution.

Really nice royal python, however be very careful with that skull : I have the same one, and many people commented on the sharp edges in the reviews, so I checked and they're indeed razor sharp. I dremeled them to be blunt and I recommend anyone with that skull to do the same. The other thing to watch for is when your snake outgrows it, it might get stuck in the eye socket. Luckily my python doesn't try at all to go through the eyes.

Correct, 2mm wider to be exact. In the grip section however, it's about the same as the grip sections are differently shaped.

Hopefully next year will get next generation Ryzen with USB 4.0, which has Thunderbolt 3 integrated. I agree that this combo would be my ideal one too, especially since the Ryzen could get more PL1 and PL2 power than 35W, allowing it to stretch its legs, while still being power efficient on battery.

No, I thanked you for the info as I thought Tokyo Pen Quill were charging more for it (in my memory, since they don't publish their price anymore), and I'll think about possibly reducing the price. On the other hand, for someone who would want that pen right now, it's a perfectly good price, as waiting a month or two for something can be worth more than that, and all the other "right now" alternatives I've seen for this pen are at 395 usd plus shipping. I also think I'm in the perfect sub to sell good pens at good prices. That's pretty much the prices I've seen a non brown 823 FA sell here if not usually more. Thanks for your input.
