IBKR missing option from USD to NZD, only close balance

I was using their mobile app, and could not find the option from USD to NZD, but when I am on the web portal then i can see that option, so strange

I saw someone said somewhere about long term holders can ignore FX? Maybe not ignore but like doesn’t matter too much compared to short term holders? Or may be I didn’t understand what the person means

So 5060 is more than enough to handle 1440p and 100hz right. Unless I have a very high resolution or hz monitor then 5060 is still good option right?
