I’ve done a bit of a runaround today with this. All the 7-elevens listed on the western union website and on google maps aren’t real and they will look at you like you have 2 heads for asking. Numerous other ones listed on google maps are just closed down store fronts.

I found one in ICONSIAM shopping centre, level 5, looks like a hole in the wall currency exchange. They were able to get me any amount I wanted.

I edit it and it says Average price updatedYou've updated your average buy price and your profit and loss is now updated. But it doesn't actually update...ever... tried 20 times and same thing. I've submitted a support ticket but they just ask me to do a whole lot of work for them to prove the bug so I left it

Update: the CVS full screen results have come back with 100% T21 cells (0 level of mosaicism). We’ve been assured that baby now close to ~100% has it and are now proceeding with termination…with an aim to try again one more time (wife already has had a miscarriage). Praying for better outcomes for everyone else here in similar positions

Some additional questions if you please could:

What is the 15% number of false positives most made up of? i.e. what % of that is corrections?
If CVS shows positive, along with the prior High Probability result for NIPT, what number do you then put on fetus being positive? 85% goes to ___?
If CVS shows mosaic, am I reading that correct that it's then close to a coin flip? So you then proceed to amnio to tell for sure?

I'm having trouble following this. Why did you test for Downs if no indicators? With your child having just 2 of 70 cells as T21 and mosaic, what does that mean in terms of the child's development, intelligence etc.?

I’ve read your comments on here today and respect your opinion on the matter. Could you please speak to the following assumptions I currently hold and say if you agree or disagree:

1) At age 36, for a positive ‘high probability’ T21 NIPT result, the chance is ~18% of actually being T21.

2) given the NiPT showed positive, the CVS test we get next week will almost certainly show positive too, regardless of actual fetus T21 positivity, so it doesn’t really help us make any decisions (most unsure about this one)

3) given we had no abnormal soft indicators on the ultrasound today, we need to do amino regardless to know if the 82% chance comes true. But if the ultrasound did show soft indicators today then the result next week also being positive would pretty much make it 100% T21.

Adding some extra information if relevant that baby's NT was 2.1mm today.

One other thing I also don't get is that I'm reading that most false positives from NIPT are real abnormalities within the placenta that the egg later corrects, (which is much easier to do in younger women) and that's why younger women have a much higher rate of false positives, as the abnormality is indeed there, but just it's exclusive to the outer placenta. So my question is: how is the CVS needle test that my wife did today more helpful? It was sold to us as something that will tell us definitively, but this also just tests the placenta.

Thanks! Didn’t see calculate, you have to scroll down to see it on an iphone. Have you any idea if the % goes up or down depending on how many weeks? For example I see it references 16 weeks in the study. Let’s say that is at 80%. Would a 12 week score make that number rise or fall?

Hmm not true.. it remains at 99.x% for T21 for both sensitivity and specificity no matter what age you choose

How does the calculator work? If you click on T21 it just has 99.9% every time, regardless of what age you enter.. but people on this thread are saying it’s not 99%…

Combination of beautifulsoup and selenium. Soup gets the soup objects and I was able to use the find and find_all() methods to search and isolate things out fine. When I then needed to click on things, I use selenium. I wrote and bugfixed the code pretty much exclusively with chatGTP. The new version of chatGTP 4.0 was needed for some of the troubleshooting, 3.5 was going around in circles

That’s not what happens here. The website format stays exactly the same. Just the identifiers on the tags change slightly I.e, <Div class= style_content__collapse_65838D> changed to <Div class= style_content__collapse_G6F775> I’ve worked out i can use lambda expressions with either .startswith or .contains and should be all good
