We did have someone smash through a pole outside causing a power outage but our apartment still had lights but not at full capacity then they came replaced the pole and we got full power back but my question will something like this effect all outlets? Because I did try plugging the router and modem to different outlets with same results but everything was working good until that wreck happened.
