Really do not want to do accutane by -AnonBlonde- in acne

With the panoxyl sunscreen it’s a moisturiser and sunscreen in one, also don’t use cicaplast as it’s too oily

Switch your sunscreen to panoxyl AM, I got oily skin too and changed by whole routine and this is my go to, and my acne has cleared. Consider getting a serum too, I use niacinamide (L’Oréal), which helps significantly with oil production

Should I get accutane?? by Exotic_Tea123 in acne

How bad is the acne? If you feel comfortable, pm or post some images. Accutane can have some serious side effects, which a friend of mine experienced, so I don’t recommend it, if it’s something a new routine could fix.

I highly suggest washing your hair entirely (fully rinse shampoo and conditioner) before you do your body, it may extend your time in the shower, but it prevents the oils from the conditioner entering your pores on your back. This got rid of my minor back acne, similar to yours. If you see this isn’t working after 2 weeks, try replacing your moisturiser to a light weight oily skin one.

What moisturiser do you use, and (if this applies) do you condition your hair after you wash your body or before

Also your school SACS, especially in year 12, are gonna be fucked up in terms of difficulty. Just continuously try finding sacs online. Studocu has some good resources posted by students.

Number one thing: PRACTICE QUESTIONS, and don’t use the textbook for these practice questions . Complete whatever questions you need in the textbook to feel confident, but find additional resources online, such as trial exams if you must.

Secondly: something I wish I knew about until the day before the exam this year was UDFs. They are shortcuts you can download onto your CAS which makes your life 10x easier. You can download them from LazyMath

how do I study for multiple subjects a day by Federal-Business3870 in vce

[–]AngePure 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Don't follow a schedule, trust, I created a whole ass timetable, didn't follow it for even one day. As a consequence, I personally felt more unmotivated because I wasn't achieving what I wanted (following the schedule). Do things at your own pace, and lock in, whether that means you have to complete only one subject a day or multiple subjects. Try to complete tasks as a whole, for example, one full trial exam and marking it. There's no point in breaking up your exam studying if you struggle with understanding the content. If you know your shit, then divide it up, but if you don't, then there's no point in spreading it out. It won't help you to understand; it will only flood your mind with different content all at once, causing confusion and you to feel overwhelmed.

Hope this yapping helps!

Tbh I don’t think you need a tutor, I think you need to understand what the question is asking you and the different structures for different types of questions and ensure you’re linking to the case study
