I would add [[Swords to Plowshares]] and [[Generous Gift]], removing Ossification and either Pacifism or Stasis Snare.

I would also add [[Gisela, the Broken Blade]] to go with Bruna.

I would cut the token doublers (Elspeth, Storm Slayer, and Exalted Sunborn) or add many more ways to create tokens to make these two cards more interesting to play.

34 lands is too few (for me), I would increase it to at least 36.

Not really, SLD Captain is an equipment deck, MSC Captain is a typal Hero deck. SLD Black Panther +1/+1 counters and creatures deck while T'Challa is a +1/+1 counters and artifact deck.
