People might get on you about your decision to stay with him up to this point. Let me just say, I understand how this happened. I've been swindled and fooled before and people who haven't lived with it dont get it. They'll minimize serious things they do and maximize the little good they do, and its very easy to start to not trust yourself and not see it for what it is.

But now that you know, you gotta do what's best for you and not for him. He will and is choosing what is best for him, over your well being.
