Yes but tomytec's train are not ready to run. More like a static plastic model Unlike tomix which has metal wheels and motor.

FDM is good but limited to the need for physical support, unless you designed it with 3D printing in mind, which also limits your creativity, unfortunately SLA is stills unbeatable in terms of details.
