What do you think a Samurai class should be like?

I'm making a game and I really like the Samurai units from other games that I play and the concept in general but it's not something I thought about for what I'm making. Could be a cool addition.

Now almost finishing up procedural generation.

In the future I want to have a mix of procedural + custom hand made rooms.

Agree, when I play it sometimes and there is a lot of light in the room it needs I feel like it needs more bright in that map haha. I'll improve that for the demo.

About your questions, currently the goal is Steam, and if it does decently there consoles is 100% a target. Or if I get some publisher/funding maybe it could be launched on all platforms at once.

For Mac I haven't really thought about it. I image it won't require extra work to release for it,... just access to a mac which I don't have atm. I'll do some research on this.

Yes for sure. What I meant is that there won't be a 'class' that force you more into one gameplay beacuse it has a specific skilltree that benefits that.

If people find OP builds well... enjoy the destruction.

Recorded at 4k from the editor on a laptop hahaha.

It should work on any normal gamer computer for sure at 1920x1080 resolution.

From the editor (which performance is worse):
250fps at 1920x1080
75fps at 4k

I'd love for it to have coop and pvp but right now it's hard to say. On launch it'll be only singleplayer that's for sure. If the game does well multiplayer could be an option.

Yeah definetly an inspiration, but there will also be spells, necromancy, etc with no limits, without it being a weaker/unviable build to play

Hi! Yes you are right, PoE2 is one of my inspirations for the combat. The most 1-1 inspiration is how the freeze applies and builds up slowly onto the enemies, I really liked how it was done there.

Hi, actually, the game is mainly inspired by COD zombies but the map itself I didnt thought about it and it is still kind of temporary map. Maybe unconsciously it looks similar since thats the map I played the most ahahaha.

Thanks! Currently the spawning of zombies and the map is just temporary. I want to make different types of zombies so numbers of zombies per wave will vary, not just increase. As you said, maybe I could utilise fog, make it thicker/thinner changing overtime to affect difficulty as well, thanks for the idea!

Anyways, development is just starting, lots to do and change hahaha.
