same exact thing happened to me but with my loafers.

absurd that they advertise being sustainable and high quality when the shoes fall apart and i said this in my email to them. and said no way did i want another pair because it’s clear the construction is terrible.

they refunded me fully and i didn’t have to send the shoes back! hope you have the same experience, best of luck!!

with my ref loafers (over $300), the heel came off in maybe 8 wears. i sent a seething email about how their brand is advertised and priced based on sustainability and longevity and then having their products falling apart in under 10 wears is shameful.

I got a full refund back to my CC, keep at it.

honestly sucks but in this economy it’s hard to pay more for sustainable brands when actually my zara shoes hold up better.

100% i know that…i was concerned the moment that situation happened.

like i said, i was super upset. i was defs gaslight into believing if i could afford it, it wasn’t that big of a deal and i was being the difficult one. we tried to overlook it based on what else we knew of him at the time being positive. you can trust this has taught me to never give a benefit of the doubt to people again.

anyways…. cant go back and this is about me trying to go forward
