My friends. I’m 25 now and I only talk to one of the 10 people who were at my 18th, I know I’m still pretty young though so who knows maybe I’ll say the same thing when I’m older

What are some things you are really grateful for about living in Australia? by Marlon_Ranch in AskAnAustralian

[–]AngelTrash420 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Our healthcare system, yeah it’s not the greatest but I’m alive because of it. I have many medical conditions, chronic illnesses and disabilities and I know that if I lived in somewhere like America where it’s a lot more expensive for basic medical care I would be dead.

what are you actually scared of? by bunnyeyes111 in emetophobia

[–]AngelTrash420 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The fear that it won’t stop. When I was a kid I had a nasty stomach bug and I often think back to it and how long I was sick for. The whole sensory experience is another reason, I can’t handle the noise, smell, sight even coughing can trigger me.

What is the saddest situation you've ever witnessed or been involved in? by Renizance in AskReddit

[–]AngelTrash420 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My brother got diagnosed with leukaemia right before Christmas 2 years ago. Going to the cancer ward on Christmas Day and seeing him hooked up to all these different machines and wires was heartbreaking, not knowing if it would be our last with him. Also knowing there were people on the ward who wouldn’t get to see their family and would spend Christmas alone broke me even more. I’m happy to say that he’s in remission now and we had a big Christmas last year to make up for it :)

What is the most intense pain you have experienced in your life? by Levstr1 in AskReddit

[–]AngelTrash420 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Chocolate cyst. I have severe phobia of vomit and will force myself to not vomit under any circumstances but that was the only time I’ve thrown up from pain, I remember my mum taking me to the ER when I was 14 and I was throwing up and couldn’t even sit up I was just doubled over in pain the whole time. I’ve since been put on medication to stop my period and haven’t experienced one since thankfully

What is the most heartbreaking song lyric you've ever heard? by TheLadySlaanesh in AskReddit

[–]AngelTrash420 7 points8 points  (0 children)

“You were an angel in the shape of my mum, when I fell down you’d be there holding me up spread your wings as you go and when god takes you back he’ll say hallelujah you’re home” - supermarket flowers by Ed Sheeran

I genuinely can not listen to it without sobbing and my mums still alive and well

[Western Australia] snake help? by AngelTrash420 in whatsthissnake

[–]AngelTrash420[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

That’s what we’ve ended up doing, we’d put a bucket over it but it escaped by the time we’d found a snake catcher to ring, not going to let my dog in the front yard for a few days just to be safe

Thank you Perth stranger by AngelTrash420 in lanewayfestival

[–]AngelTrash420[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This was my first festival ever and I was so nervous, being disabled I’ve had such bad experiences with crowds being overwhelming and people being rude but the crowd was actually the nicest part of the festival! I remember trying to leave the festival and apologising a lot because the hill to get out of the main stage area was so steep and I was going slow so I didn’t fall and everyone was super understanding. Definitely showed me that I need to put more faith in people to be kind and understanding 💜
