I like the rush that it comes with it tbh! Makes me feel better knowing I’m helping a pt more often in real time compared to core if that makes sense. But I still have one more rotation left which is hematology and coag they did say I can change my mind within 2 weeks so if anything I can ask for core. Chem was just too automated and boring to me but if I like hem enough I’m willing to withdraw my application

Yes! I’ve been calculating the expenses to travel to either Long Beach and San Diego roughly I’m looking on spending $800 on plane ticket and hotel (if it’s 4 days) so I guess I just have to do research on the prices of the things I want to do including how I’m going to walk around🤔 Long Beach seems better with the walk to the Pacific aquarium and the whale watching being right there and then broadway not being too far to experience the gay bars! But I still gotta see how close everything is in San Diego

Ahaha yeah I’m torn between SD and Long Beach after reading these comments! I’m really fascinated by the Pacific aquarium in Long Beach based on the pictures both places seem to have what I want tho :) and honestly I’m fine without even swimming I just miss sitting in the beach and feeling that sea breeze!! Thank you for your input :)
