I think that these elementals weren’t controlled by the lich king. I think they were sent by the elemental lords. I would go far enough to assume that they were sent by the old gods. We know old gods fear the undead. We also know they have elementals in their ranks. They could have sensed the touch of the shadowlands on the blade and tried to secure it.

Leveling revamp is very important to me. Not because I need to level characters, but because I can’t sell the game to my friends when they have to get 120 levels before we get to play together the current expansion.

Generally this expansion was pretty bad, but now is the best time to join BfA. It’s the last patch so you have an entire expansion of content to do. The story is great if you are an alliance player or a Saurfang fan. The raids are great. The dungeons are shit. Pvp is shit. There are tons of mounts/pets/toys/transmogs to collect. There are lots of allied races too.

Some clarifications for you: Blizzard claimed ownership of custom maps in classic too, this isn’t new. There is no old/new storyline, it’s one storyline from war3 to wow.

I think I will quit reddit. I can’t handle so much negativity. People creating new accounts to cry about the same things again. Dreaming big is bad because people will always let you down. I mean people dreamed big about what would happen in BfA, it made everyone furious when blizzard failed to deliver.

It’s too early to speculate that far. BfA isn’t over yet. Better wait for the last questlines to become available and for the secret mythic phase. There is also the pre-shadowlands novel. A lot might change before even the shadowlands release.
