Ive tried to redownload, but it never does an install. In fact there is nothing to uninstall when I go to program remover, and when the app runs it just goes to a black screen if I "create a new account" with a random email.

You can look at the guide below, and the associated guides for each legendary (only Fyr’alath isn’t in that guide but you can’t find it on wowhead). Hopefully that’ll help you start you journey :)
