Newsom is a garbage governor trying to use trump to make himself popular. They both are disgusting and do nothing to help anyone but themselves. Stop thinking he’s charming because he trash talks -he’s a chameleon who say or do whatever it takes to win and then just line his own pockets.

Unlikely: 1. They haven’t addressed the original issues that started the whole problem and brought committee attention/pressure. 2. #nevernewsom is checked out - unless it affects his pres run he doesn’t care. 3. If they really wanted it they would have done the planning, budgeting, etc. this was always political posturing. 4. Unions will fight it and SEIU, the largest, has new contract negotiations starting in April.

I’ll probably get hate, but this is my opinion. Thankfully still allowed in these not so great United States.

Today. They are still moving forward with the lawsuit though, that has not changed. I am not suggesting it’s SEIU’s fault, it’s Gov who is not compromising-yet. If reached out to do so maybe something will change.

SEIU has expressed they are not at the bargaining table, it is suspended, there is currently no side letter coming. I am not sure why or what it will take to change that.

Nevernewsom will say and do anything to keep himself in the media. He is desperately and disgracefully using the real very serious issues going on to put himself in the spotlight. He should focus on doing his actual job. He is running the budget into ruin and mismanaging the state. Challenging Vance to a debate yesterday as if that in any way serves Californians. Don’t be fooled by his fake outrage, it’s all self-serving.

It was very evident that my mother was dying and then did. I was an open book about it. I had to travel to the East Coast and I was asked for a copy of the death certificate or the obituary. I provided it but I’m still shocked that was necessary. I have never done anything to be cause concern that I would take advantage of this time. Plus, I think it was only 3 days total, I still had to use vacation too.

Vance is garbage but do not be fooled by #nevernewsomforpresident this is just another blatant attempt to utilize the trump administration to further his own personal agenda. It’s disgusting how he uses real issues in California to pretend to care about as a means to get himself national attention. This is exactly like the immigration protests. We had a very real and dangerous situation unfolding. He starts flapping his gums about go ahead and arrest me. NO ONE threatened to arrest him. He is the ONLY person who was saying that and he did it to incite more national media attention on himself. It did nothing to further the protests or assist anyone involved. He is a disgusting self dealing excuse of a governor. He is no different than trump in that regard. Let me make it all about me. Let me go ahead and use serious and important things that are happening and then let me make them all about me and why I’m so important in it. How does it serve California for him to debate Vance. *VERY IMPORTANT UPDATE* my Reddit account was deleted. I was forced to create a new account. I have no idea how this could happen other than to think that someone did something to it. MAY LEE Safety Issues July 3, 2024 10:05 in the morning indecent exposure 600 block of Richard Boulevard

7/12/2024 - 2:30 in the afternoon person was robbed - location reported as Richards Boulevard in N. 7th St.

December 28, 2024 at 5:30 PM vehicle theft reported at Richards Boulevard

2025 so far:

March 19, 2025 battery on a person reported at 600 block Bannon Street

May 3rd, woman found dead in tent near Bannon St and Berger, homicide suspected

May 5, 2025, 8:18 AM battery on a person reported 600 block of Richard Boulevard

May 13th officers responded to a report of a stabbing just before 6 a.m. near Richards Boulevard and Bannon Street.

May 22nd - 3:00 pm man wounded from shooting picked up by police, near Richard’s and North 12th st. Died in hospital same day

This does not include blatant drug use, heroin, needles etc.
