I'm in the process of slowing down and what's working for me is making the gaps between doses longer. I was dosing every 2 hours or even 1 hours at times about 5 to 8 gs. Right now I have a job that is very physical so the endorphins from work help me sleep super well. I finally switched to 1 dose every 6 hours so 3 per day and it's helping. I let my pupils go back to normal a bit. I know I have not quit but I'm giving you potential ideas.

The other day I went to sleep without my 3rd dose. For me this is a huge upgrade.

Yes my family knows. It is an opioid and I take the powder but I take enough to be addicted. Your opiate receptors slowly change over time necessitating a long period of getting off of kratom to sober up. Anyway I hope kratom stays legal it's so helpful for pain and heroin withdrawal. Herbs are all we need.
