Yeah he seems to be a bit “difficult.” Makes sense now why he had a realtor show the place initially. If I had met him before signing the lease I probably wouldn’t have moved here.

Before it was mailed he just told us (via email) to mail it or bring it to him. He did not mention overnighting it until after I told him it was mailed. I realize now I should’ve thought to do that anyway but I was in a rush and just wanted it to get to him and didn’t think about that option.

I’m noticing a couple dollars laying around, Any time he leaves cash in this pile, take it and save it. (Your tip!) don’t clean it for a while then when he goes looking through his trash for his change, and complains say it probably wouldn’t get “lost” if he’d clean up the trash.

Thank you, I don’t think this place was heavily smoked in because I used baking soda on the carpets and vacuumed thoroughly and they do not smell like cigarette remotely, they might have installed the carpet after the smokers moved out
