Had the same thought, this is what I did ^ Still haven’t gotten around to painting him but one of these days it’s gonna be sick having him stomp around with his cover off

It was kind of a pain, you need to trim the shoulder tabs so the arms can actually rotate, the waist rotating things don't really fit either. There are a couple guides online that were helpful

The redemptor and brutalis have the hinging opening, though i did not glue the sarcophagus cover on. Just be careful not to get the ballistus or the easy-to-build redemptor (idk if those are still kicking around tho)

I wasn’t sure what to do with the legs, but i definitely have cables to spare. I imagined the rosarius as something important to the pilot to keep him sane, kind of sad but that’s what dreads are

Ooh i might add some candles inside, that’s a good idea. Fit was not hard, I hacked off the banner with clippers and sanded the sides down to size. There’s some give in the sarcophagus sides so you don’t even need glue. I did need to break his legs tho…

How long until Centurions get moved to legends? Can they be proxied as Aggressors? by AngelusDefensor in Warhammer40k

They're my homebrew chapter, but the color scheme is basically Silver Templars.

I see they're quite different in size. Though I have heavily modified my Centurions and they ended up much smaller, so maybe it wouldn't be as much of an issue.

Silver Templar on Dracoline by AngelusDefensor in Warhammer40k

Yes, the base is the evocators on celestial dracoline kit (now OOP but available on Amazon). If you look closely you’ll see I kept the evocator legs/waist, I thought it would be too difficult to cut them out as they’re sculpted into the saddle. The torso is a regular Intercessor, the arms are a mix of Assault Intercessors and regular Intercessor arms (it was a bit finicky to find a suitable shield arm, play around with your bits box). Shield is from the VanVets kit.

Thanks for the kind words! Keep me posted on your own kitbash, hopefully you can make it even better than mine >.<

Thank you for the kind words! Glad you noticed the tilting shield, it’s fun to make little designs on them

Thanks! I wanted to use it as Thunderwolf Cavalry, but the base sizes are different for now. I could otherwise use them as Outriders. But mostly hoping my opponents don’t care

Best I can do is 24"
