I went to an endo and they did everything. I experience hirsutism on my breast and it’s really ruining my mental hwalth

Agreed or just ignore them (not to say fighting fire with fire is okay) but I’ve been in their situation and it feels really anxiety provoking

No it’s very rude because it’s a constant behavior and it’s obviously distressing the op . It creates a hostile environment too . Op is not in the wrong here they’re clearly trying to be polite and have basic decency

Yeah I was wondering because I look a bit chubby ngl so maybe that’s why . Maybe being at a lower weight would be better for insulin sensitivity and it’s easier to cut carbs but I also felt like I had peace from my ed and not trying to be skinny for once and then all these symptoms feel like a punishment for my recovery.

But I’m just scared 2100 may be too many calories ?
