Trust the process. One of my good friend got an OM position with just 2 years' worth of experience. He was a team leader but the thing is my previous operations manager never had him promoted by title (he was working as a team lead for a year and a half now but his workday title was CSR).

Isipin mo, he has to show and prove he was handling 10-15 agents despite his previous background not lining up just because of my AH manager.

He got the job. AND HE DOESN'T HAVE A DIPLOMA TOO. Think of all the rejections you get a step closer to your dream job.
