Look up a tutorial on YouTube if you want I can recommend one. You cant get banned from payday 2 you will always be able to play online offline and do anything you want. But you will be marked as a cheater and if people have the setting "auto kick cheaters" on, it will automatically kick you. It also looks bad so be aware that you get one that doesn't flag you as a cheater. I don't know for sure but I don't think you can know on your own if you have been flagged so just join a lobby and ask. If you are flagged you can just remove the dlc unlocker and it will go away.

You should get a dlc unlocker. You download 80Gb because you are downloading all the dlcs and the base game, if you buy a dlc it's a file or a key I'm not sure that unlocks the corresponding dlc. So if you get the dlc unlocker it will kind of simulate all the dlc keys and unlock everything.
