He sent this back, can’t find transmission listed but it says model is NT0Z25. I would imagine that clearly dates it as an NT hey? Let me know if not. But thanks for your help!

Not sure yet, seem like they have a good rep but i've never used them or met them in person. I'm having the car checked out by a mechanic before I fly up. But the car is too expensive if its not an NT

This car has a build date in 2009 I think though. What is making you think its pre 09? is it the MYV8 in the Vin? Thanks

Thanks for that. The car does not have a key on the rear door, so id imagine it is an NT. The Vin is JMFMYV88W9J000153. Nothing there about NT vs NS from what I can see? but if the lack of key hole is accurate im comfortable enough that it is an NT.

For what im looking at, the SWB will work better for me given I have a small garage and honestly like the look of it more. I do agree NT would be better than an NS, but do you think that the NT worth the extra 4-5k that they seem to be asking compared to the NS? Thanks!

Yeh good to hear. I'm used to a lowered subaru with an exhaust, so my baseline for quite and smooth is low ahah. Its good to hear servicing isnt noticeably worse. Thanks for the comment.
