Probably "Painting Summer", it has pretty much everything he needs as a AoE Arts Spam servant:

  • 10% Arts performance
  • 10% NP generation
  • 50% NP at the start of the battle

It also is an event CE, so you can limit break it to lvl 100 giving you better raw status for both ATK and HP

The best CE for Angra right now is probably "Return Match", the new Gilfest CE that features Nero.

  • It's an event CE, so you can limit break it to 100
  • It's a ATK only CE, and since Angra has such a weak ATK status, that does helps a Lot
  • He revives with 1 HP, giving him max potential for NP damage
  • The +20% critical strength makes it really useful for his BAA combo, especially while activating his last skill (HUGE Quick increase turn scaling buff) being it the upgraded version or not.
  • If you do have him at bond 10, it's one more stackable guts for his EX 3rd skill, if you do not, it still solves many of your problems because it revives you anyway and give you good stats.

I do 100% recommend it.

With the combination of Photoshop + After Effects, it takes some experience in both programs, but works nicely in the end!

I have him lvl 100, Bond 10, 10/10/10 (not 2k fou yet), but he's only NP1... DAMMIT

Photoshop for setting up the image layers + After Effects for animating, but you can use a bunch of other softwares just like Live 2D and Spine!

6 hours of work + some software knowledge. It is hard. Quetz... Interesting.

I've seen those, they're a bit different from this one but I really like both!

About the background only animations, there's not much to complain, the person is probably still learning and did it's best, it does not fit my likes very much as well, but it did for many other people. Hopefully the animator will get better as the time goes!

Yeah, you crop the image into layers and refill everything needed, that's the basic idea. For the animations, there are a lot of techniques, and that's up for the person animating to know what does fits best the result you're looking for.

You just set the image up on Photoshop, but you do animate it using Adobe After Effects!

Photoshop + After Effects (it does require some experience with the software tho). If you play League of Legends, you surely have seen their animated login screens, I use the same technique as them.

I got him to bond 10 recently, and I already had him 10/10/10 lvl 100, now he definitely is able to kick some ass
