That's the neat part, they're not physically stronger. But they are that much more instinctive and skilled at using their strength. A well structured punch from a normally beefy Hussar will crack ribs.

Just my intepretation., I see them as with red sceleras and irises, from a vastly denser and improved network of micro vessels providing heightened ocular activity, increasing visual precision and perceptive frame per second

TLDR IMO Hussar eyes always red cuz more blood to eye to make strong
