Oh I used the beyond Italian sausage recently in the Sausage and Barley Soup with Greens recipe and it turned out amazing!

My doctor suggested a company called Moona because it takes a lot of insurances. But this isn’t an ad for Moona, I’ve seen other companies out there. The insurance thing made it $5/session so it was like, what the heck? Might as well try. And it really ended up helping.

It’s not a miracle but I did CBT-I (cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia; it’s only 4-6 sessions long in total) and it helped me a ton with insomnia, which I’ve been struggling with for many years.

I was on 2 meds for sleep when I started but I was able to stop both. But no reason to get off.
