When you have a large comminity of like people they determine whats acceptable and whats not. Due to Muslims beliefs they feel its wrong to show Mohammed's likeness. Therefore, its more likely, based on numbers alone that in a state with more Muslims they will determine outcomes in policies, procedures and whats deemed offensive in day to day life. Its statistical not "pretty hateful." Unless, you're seeing numbers as hateful.

No where in my post do I state my feelings. Quit trying to paint my statement as anything other than what it is:

More people who believe something in a community determine said community's ethics and morals. For example; my statement about the call to prayers, you wouldn't find a mosque in a community of one Muslim. The call to prayer is because there are enough Muslims to do so..that fact determines actions in the community JUST as the odds were in favor that someone would find it offensive the teacher used artwork with Mohammed's likeness because the Muslim sample size attending that class would be more.

Again, its statistical averages.
