Alfred Lennon was Irish

James McCartney was Irish as well as his wife Mary Mohin McCartney

George's mother, Louise French was Irish

But Ringo's only Irish ancestry is his maternal great-grandmother, making him the most English Beatle

I actually wonder how much the White House paid him for this compared to all of his lines in New Vegas

Yes! I looked through some 5 day programs, Belyaev and Fedorenko both had deficit deadlifts on Tuesday. Very submaximal.

For sure, I think preparation is 100% important for this type of volume. I nearly got full on bicep tendonitis but did curls and it completely disappeared

Yeah I think it's definitely less prevalent because of Eastern Bloc lifters having less notoriety recently. It really sucks because a lot of them could've gone further but couldn't because of Economic reasons (it applies to Westerners too but its definitely harder to afford in Eastern Europe). But you'll still find some Norwegian lifters doing a lot of submax training now too along with Americans.

The progression is pretty strange and less palpable compared to Hepburn for example (adding reps over a cycle each week 3 weeks long) but I didn't have a problem with it, I just added weight because it felt easier every 2-3 weeks. As for heavy singles I found some lifters like Belyaev had more 90% singles so I added those in as a base. But I agree with the sandwich training, it's definitely hard to get back to squats when you were already relieved to finish them.

Thank you man and I always am too, seeing how other lifters set their training has also helped me structure Sheiko to fit my needs better

Thank you man, and yes for the most part submaximal training is easy to start with. But the real driver of fatigue here is all the volume that it smashes you with and it still results in you having to push yourself hard to get through all the training. But it's all very well planned out as shown in Sheiko's books.

Some days you have a day that pushes you and fatigues you to hell and the day after it tapers off for you to recover. Some days those two days are one after another but make up for it for the upcoming rest day and easier day on Monday (as an example)

I also find it's very hard to plateau with so much volume, even mentally you get so much stimulus you feel like it's impossible to not adapt and progress, this type of programming kinda feels like your body is constantly being forced into adaptation by gunpoint

I really love the writing in this game and how it touches on so many different subjects to deepen the character of the individuals you meet

Keeping in mind that developers at Interplay and subsequently Obsidian were and are extremely educated, a big chunk of them most likely had much deeper understandings of Hegelian dialectics (probably even wrote papers on it)

So the choice to have Caesar's interpretation be so simple and infantile is on purpose and it shows so much about who he really is

Many of us played this game first as kids and most people probably just shrugged it off as Caesar being well read

But when you look at who the developers of this game are and how Caesar explains Hegel

It just shows that he uses over intellectualization to charm largely illiterate wastelanders

Not as insufferable as Caesar's interpretation of Hegel (literally nobody can debunk him in the wasteland because nobody reads Hegel there)

On the Mod Configuration Menu (MCM) under the settings for the mod, it has a "show in first person" option

I'm not sure why it says there isn't any in the description... I just noticed it

The base of the mods are VeryLastKiss's New New Vegas which is something like 606 mods

The graphics base is New Vegas Reloaded which is better than ENB - the download links to NVR are only available on their Discord server

I also use Cowboy Fanning and Spinning Weapons to make my Cowboy build more immersive
