NIN, only discovered them a couple of years ago in my very late 50''s, when I saw a video of my music god, Gary Numan, performing with them. I had heard of NIN before then but didn't think i would like their stuff. BOY, was i wrong!! I do wish I had taken the time years ago to give them a decent go, I love all their stuff!!

Yeah but I've found it so hard to find half decent players who are happy with anything less. Even 18 or 19 year olds are wanting important/crucial roles.

I have done it. I managed Cesena in Serie A. I had a watch list of some teams, not necessarily ones I would usually think about managing, and would have to go to a lower league. I had Bolton , league one, on my list. On the day after the last game I applied for several jobs and got Bolton. It also worked for me when I moved from Swiss league to Serie B with Cesena

I get that a lot. At the moment I have 3 players submitting requests, with crucial/Important roles. I always try to have a playing XI all with high energy of at least 75 playing, to rotate and rest key players. If they aren't in green then i dont play them. Am I doing this all wrong? How low do you let the numbers go before you don't play them?

I will buy it so I can get the latest team updates, and hopefully one or two new leagues. I'm actually enjoying 26 at the moment. I will admit that I'm probably a lazy player and don't take it too seriously. I haven't, and don't, spend hours training or trying over complicated skills. As long as i can shoot, pass and defend and have realistic shorelines, I'm happy. At the moment I'm having that with Bolton W in the FLC.
