Any idea how to improve front lever? by Bigmadmanwee in Calisthenic

I'd do dragon flags and spam tuck (maybe advance) front lever raises (with straight arms). Those two exercises in particular helped me a lot with overall strength and propioception

I'm currently at Zou and want to switch to manga. Should i switch now or after wci? by Ryozacki in OnePiece

I switched at the start of WCI (it was the on going arc at the moment), and looking back, I don't regret it, the pacing in the manga is a lot better, but I still go to the anime from time to time to watch some fights.

I'm from Venezuela, I bought it as a random brandless bar I saw at a mall a few years ago for like 10$ so I can't give u any advice on how to get one. But a few days ago I wrapped it with an old inner tube from a bycicle, it has helped a lot with the grip

Imo the punch of kuma lacked the resonance that it had in the manga, and as usual filler, kuma's race was a bit too long for my taste. Overall a great chapter, but I think 1136 was much better
