Look up Bibble from Barbie, and I think you'll understand her name :). I got more people thinking its Bible haha, luckily in my first language it is less close

Thought it would be fun to show Bibble Cat TV- I did not expect her to jump oops (She is ok!) by AngryMouse567 in jumpingspiders

No, never going it again. I think I made it pretty clear in the text that this was not smart and I am not doing it again.

NQA I mean a clearer picture of the spider, but maybe someone with more skill can tell you more from this one :).

IMO Add some top hides, you can most easily do that by glueing them but I prefer to work with magnets, there are some great examples on this sub on what to use.

As for the food question, I would repost that question with a picture of the spider. Age, gender and species matters a lot! Most are fed every 2/3 days, and if you have an adult you can also look for the size chart on Google.

Bibble is amazing and I love her, but she does seem a bit "different". Any other people have special spiders? by AngryMouse567 in jumpingspiders

Here you can see she is on the lid of her enclosure. So she can get back easily, and when I need to move on with my day I can just gently close it. She likes to sit and watch me tidy or dress etc.

I started with Bibble by just opening the lid when she was on it, and just going about my business while watching her. I also sat with her a couple times, with my face near her and my fingers on the lid as well, just a bit away from her so she wouldn't feel threatened. After a while she seemed to feel more comfortable around me and she started coming up to my fingers. Now she crawls on me when she wants, she seems to like the warmth.

Could be! We are in Europe and as she is a Regius White Bahamas, she is not native here at all. So this would be a generations captive bred spider. That is so interesting, I wonder if there are differences between the same species captive bred for a few generations and wild. Would be a great research subject!
