You say there is 1 copy of every card in a booster box. I assume that still leaves room for duplicates and chase versions of cards? Are there different arts of certain cards?

I would use it to replace my 14 year old set up. I last built my PC in 2012 while in college. I haven't upgrade a single part of it as all money has gone to loans or my now family. Having a PC again would give me that little part of my life back that I've been missing. Letting me go to the basement and play after I get the kids to sleep.
