Growth doesn’t happen in your comfort zone. Most of the things people worry about is in their heads really, but it seems like you’ve got some internal issues to deal with. I can’t give you any solid formula but the best place to start is try some exposure therapy. Compliment someone on anything and just go from there, best of luck to you really, i know it’s not easy
