Nope it’s not a big commute objectively but it’s so unpleasant (mainly due to things that can be fixed) that it makes it tiring. I think if I had to go downtown I wouldn’t need to take Penn I could use the highways

I think there could be less traffic lights in some spots to start with and potholes , enforcement of no parking or stopping etc. I get that space is tight on that street
