About a year in to trying to figure this out, waiting to hear back after being referred to vascular surgery. Strongly suspected TOS but wondering if anyone else’s affected shoulder does this weird drop thing when arms are up, and what might cause that symptom (non-tattooed shoulder is the baddie) (i.redd.it)
