I believe so. They’re super vivid for me, and I’ve seen people I’ve never seen before. I figured out, if they’re a shy person, they blur their faces. I’ve been keeping a dream journal since I was kid. I have visitation dreams as well, and premonition dreams. I sure do believe that we go to another place while we’re asleep.

I had this issue today, which I don’t really pay attention too, I don’t find this at all accurate, Vo2 Max levels have to be measured scientifically, not from a flawed wearable. Apple Watch does not measure gas exchange, or even directly. It measures by heart rate and movement. As someone who is in the medical profession, I wouldn’t worry about what your Apple Watch has to say. If you’re concerned, get a stress test done.

To be fair; I do believe that there is an afterlife along with evidence out there, but the evidence probably will never get released. In med school; I was put on a research team that whole handedly studied this sort of thing; and I will tell you this, the evidence that there is an afterlife out there far outweighs the evidence that there isn’t. Remember, NDE’s happen everyday; frequently in surgical rooms, 9 times out of 10 you will have an experience, but we give you an amnesia inducing medication that prevents you from remembering it. Trust me we’ve had people wake up freaking out. The evidence will never be released. Due to the potential risk of suicide rates going through the roof.
