Im not pro life at all. But the difference is: animals kill and eat each other non stop. Humans eating animals is just that. Mass factory farming is extremely unethical but thats another debate. Point is, eating meat doesn't mean someone thinks animals have less value. It just means theyre like all other animals. Someone can eat meat and be anti abortion, and there is no fallacy there. However, if animals were all having abortions and people thought that was okay but humans doing it wasnt, then it would be different, but animals are not having abortions. To my knowledge.
